Returns/Refunds Policy
If you have purchased one of our products from a retailer and are not satisfied, please return the products to the retailer. In most cases, your items should be replaced or refunded.
If you have purchased products on our online store and there is an issue, please contact us within 5 days after the package is received, and we will work with you to correct the issue (ie: breakage in shipping). Items must be unused and in original condition. Unless the return is due to a Tabletree Montana shipping issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges, including freight charges on large items. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments; we recommend you insure all returned packages for your protection - Tabletree Montana is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or pilfered. Contact us immediately if items were damaged. When possible, please take pictures of the damage so that we can submit information to the carrier for reimbursement. Once each item is inspected we will issue a refund, exchange, or give credit for the value of the item, including taxes, less applicable restocking fees.
Processing Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Otherwise, the refund will be made via check and will be mailed to the address on file for your order.

Shipping is included in the price of the item. We ship apparel and juice via USPS or UPS. Pallet orders are shipped via the most economical carrier available.
